THE NEED:
We’ve been a trusted partner to several provincial governments, including the Ontario government, for decades, and in these unprecedented times, the Ontario Government recently turned to us to support and manage their entire COVID-19 Contact Tracing Program.
WHAT IAN MARTIN DID:
Without hesitation, Ian Martin responded, and we are currently assisting the Ontario Ministry of Health with their rapid mobilization of 500 COVID-19 contact tracers. Without compromising quality, we have recruited, onboarded, trained, and outfitted (with computers and phones) approximately 200 temporary employees thus far for the Ministry of Health in less than two weeks. We have successfully completed phase one of this project and we are currently working on the next phase, ultimately leading to 500 hires within a 6-week timeframe.
THE NEED:
A current client of ours, The Responsive Group, required substantial recruitment support for their operations to deliver consistent, reliable service during COVID-19.
WHAT IAN MARTIN DID:
We provided them with end-to-end hiring support for their Long-term Care Facilities. The end result: we hired more than 110 PSWs and nurses for The Responsive Group in a very short timeframe, to help them with the critical care and support of our most vulnerable and hardest-hit population.
