Regeneration Operator

Our client, a global leader is waste/water treatment and chemicals; is looking for a Regeneration Operator. They will prepare resin, mobile equipment and ion exchange resin tanks for customer fulfillment

They will also handle chemicals such as acids, bases and salts and perform quality control checks on the equipment.

 

Duties Include

  • Receives resin from customer sites in resin tanks or on mobile equipment.  
  • Empties tanks or equipment of the exhausted media and prepares it for regeneration.
  • Prepares resin tanks or mobile equipment by filling empty tanks with regenerated media.
  • Performs quality control checks on the equipment to ensure specifications are met.  Test may include pH, specific ions, resistivity, and TDS.
  • Repairs and helps maintain the bottles/tanks and other service type of equipment, which could include minor valve/PVC repairs, painting, and refurbishing as required.
  • Maintains good housekeeping at all times.
  • Follows EHS procedures and policies.
  • Prepares labels for resin tanks
  • Monitors bulk chemical delivery.
  • Operates forklift as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Ability and willingness to perform physical duties such as lifting, climbing, working at elevated heights, and manual dexterity
  • Ability and willingness to work in range of environments to include but not limited to industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, and power industry facilities
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record history
  • Ability to get to work on time each assigned shift
  • Ability and willingness to work occasional overtime as requested and needed

 

Electrician

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our clients’ team. They will perform skilled work in the construction, maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment used in their facility and in mobile equipment. 

Duties Include:

  • Inspect, maintain and repair electromechanical and solid state electrical equipment, using a variety of electrical test equipment, meters, powered and non-powered tools and equipment.
  • Install new electrical and electronic equipment and electrical wiring according to the National Electrical Code and company standards. 
  • Maintain and repair electrical and electronic systems for the plant and mobile equipment.
  • Other related incidental work as needed for plant and field.
  • Follow good housekeeping practices by keeping maintenance and tool storage area neat and clean as well as timely cleanup of work area after each job is completed
  • Follows EHS policies and procedures. Practices good safety procedures, to keep self and others injury free.  
  • Available for emergency on call and overtime where needed.

 

Skills Required:

  • Trade school experience for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or mechanical repair is highly desired
  • Electrical Certification
  • HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record history
  • Ability and willingness to perform physical duties such as lifting, climbing,
  • Ability and willingness to work confined space entry
  • Ability and willingness for on call status for emergency response
  • Ability and willingness to travel for field assistance if needed.

Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a maintenance technician who will perform diagnosis of malfunctioning machinery, general repairs, installing new equipment and systems and preventative maintenance program on machinery.

Duties Include:

  • Performs preventative maintenance on plant facilities and equipment as well as Mobile/Service water treatment equipment.
  • Maintain preventative maintenance records for Mobile/Service DI equipment
  • Install new equipment or rearrange existing equipment
  • Performs building and ground maintenance
  • Follows EHS policies and procedures. Practices good safety procedures in order to keep self and others injury free. 
  • Keep maintenance and tool storage area neat and clean as well as timely cleanup of work area after each job is completed
  • Available on call for emergency repairs as needed
  • Perform confined space entry in small tanks
  • Maintain records and reports

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of PVC plumbing or mechanical repair and maintenance work experience or training. 
  • Ability to handle and lift 50 lbs and willingness to work confined space entry.
  • Ability and willingness for on call status for emergency response
  • Ability and willingness to travel for install and repair if needed
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record history
  • Experience with electrical install, repair, and maintenance work experience to include electronic troubleshooting, PLC programming, and 480V 3 Phase electrical repair and maintenance experience

Electrical Engineer

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer on behalf of our client in Bellevue, WA a leader in waste/water treatment and chemicals. The Electrical Engineer (EE) provides engineering needed to deliver custom water treatment systems to industrial and municipal customers. Working on a multi-disciplinary team, the EE ensures the accuracy of design, timeliness of submittals, adherence to budget, and compliance with our quality procedures.

Contract Duration: One year Contract.

Duties Include: 

  • As EE, you have a broad responsibility to develop engineering deliverables and coordinate with a project team.
  • Led by the Lead Engineer, you complete design documents in concert with Process, Mechanical and Instrumentation, and Controls engineers, as well as various project support functions (Document Control, Sourcing, Finance, etc).
  • The EE works in a highly technical role; generating, checking, or approving Process & Instrument Diagrams, single line diagrams, I/O lists, loop (termination) diagrams, control logic diagrams, power distribution designs, control system architecture (PLC/DCS) and general design specifications.
  • You have experience in control panel design; including, but not limited to, panel layout, termination drawings, and compiling a bill of materials.
  • You support vendor selection and equipment procurement, managing vendor documents, and ensuring our suppliers are on track and performing.
  • You have strong experience with racetray (conduit, channel, cable tray) routing and design.
  • You build and maintain knowledge of local and national electrical codes and requirements.
  • You also maintain the project schedule and document reporting for the Lead Engineer.
  • Finally, you are a technical customer contact, participating in project status updates, design reviews, installation support and commissioning supervision
  • The EE requires a strong engineering foundation and is skilled at working across teams, communicating complex ideas, and integrating systems.
  • They are thoughtful, cooperative, and creative, able to handle multiple shifting demands with professionalism and good judgment.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering field – Electrical or Controls preferred
  • Professional Engineer’s License, or the ability to obtain one within 1 year, preferred but not required.
  • Ten (10) years’ electrical engineering experience.

Strong Assets

Experience in industrial processes and system engineering – the following preferred but not required:

  • Experience in water treatment, oil & gas, chemical or power fields
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with hazardous location classification/technologies
  • Experience with Motor Control Center (MCC) design
  • Experience with low and medium voltage power distribution system design
  • Impeccable planning, organization and time management
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Clear, concise communication skills
  • Team player, with the ability to exercise good judgment under changing conditions
  • French, Spanish or Chinese language skills may be useful
  • The role requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally 10-25% of the time.
